SPAM POLICY
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with DaileyMail and may result in legal prosecution.
DaileyMail will terminate any member's account if it believes that the member is in asscociation with SPAM or any other form of unsolicited mass mailing. If you are found SPAMMING, be aware, we do not tolerate this behaviour and we will not put up with it.
GENERAL
By signing up and actively using the DaileyMail program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. DaileyMail may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their email address provided upon signing up with DaileyMail. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the DaileyMail program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
You may not for any reason copy material off of the DaileyMail website(s) that we give you to use for advertising your programs, the DaileyMail website is to be used for advertising purpose only.
DaileyMail reserves the right to cancel your account at anytime, for any reason. We are not responsible in any way for damages that may occur using our service.
We are not responsible for any mistakes or accidents that occur as a result of rules not being read/followed. If the steps provided throughout the site are followed, everything should work according to plan. If a mistake is found, report it. We do not tolerate threats that are against us as a result of the site not working correctly, or failure to follow guidelines. You join this program on your own accord, and you are not forced in doing so. This program is designed to help each other out in building downlines and making money completing tasks and referring new members. If you cannot appreciate the work put into this program, by all means DO NOT join and go elsewhere.
DaileyMail will NEVER release or sell your private information to any third party. Your information will remain as reference to us and us only.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
DaileyMail will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or DaileyMail program, even if DaileyMail has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
IN CONCLUSION
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions for any reason, at any time, without prior notice or consent.
